I’ve realized that the fear of choosing wrong can quietly control your life.
It doesn’t show up as panic all the time.
Sometimes it shows up as overthinking.
You analyze every option.
You wait for certainty.
You tell yourself you’re being “careful.”
But underneath it, there’s fear, fear of regret, fear of wasting time, fear of disappointing yourself or others.
I’ve stayed in situations longer than I should have, not because they were right, but because they were familiar.
The hardest part is realizing that by not choosing, you’re still choosing.
You’re choosing comfort.
You’re choosing delay.
I’m learning that clarity doesn’t always come before the decision.
Sometimes it comes after you move.
I don’t have this fully figured out yet.
I’m still practicing how to trust myself more than my fears.
If you’ve ever been afraid of choosing wrong…
How did you learn to move forward without needing certainty?
Beauty is relative and very much subjective.
Beauty trends change. What is generally considered beautiful today may be slightly different from what's considered beautiful a few years from now.
Sometimes, those trends from before are repeated again much later.
There are two kinds of poverty: absolute and relative
Elon is right that we can solve absolute poverty. In fact, we largely already have, especially in the developed world.
Relative poverty is about envy. It’s a spiritual rather than economic problem and will always be with us.
@kenykore We don't pay high taxes like countries that provide all these basic amenities. If everyone now pays their fair share of taxes directly to the government. Agbero will understand that people are asking for what they are paying taxes for and not the other way round.
@kenykore I guess this is a result of weak and ageing transmission and distribution lines. We also have a record level of poor electrical wiring in many homes which also contributes to this.
@greatone_inme@asemota Many companies' profit margins are lower than pre-2023 forget what's happening on the stock exchange. FMCG took the hardest hit. Many are doing aggressive marketing, reducing profit margins to stay afloat. Though it's a good business. ROI is not what it used to be
@Calistaohama Great job on the video! However, using 42,000 naira seems excessive when a 5,000 naira bank transfer would have sufficed, covering only normal bank charges instead of funding with a card and incurring a 600 naira plus charges.
@KALADIMA1972 Same as d people selling things in d marketplace that r not up 2 100k. If we've large-scale industries. It would help solve this type of problem. With meaningful pay, governt support 4 housing & health insurance these people will b taxed. So many of these problems will b solved.
@KALADIMA1972 I've thought about this thing and what could be the solution to this kind of problem. I concluded that we need large-scale industrialisation.
Imagine a factory that can employ 40,000 people just like in China. This can solve these problems.
