He says he can't control himself whenever he gets mad at a stupid game or whatnot, but he actually can he just chooses not to. Which leads him to get punished. The main reason why he has a doctor appointment every few months is because of his mentality.

In fact, he doesn't get what he wants all the time after he helps doing chores. There's just a 50/50 chance. And people want him to get a job which I don't want him to do because he might act out and say bad words to make himself fired. That's why he has disability money.
