Although I'm not an expert, I'd researched a number of years ago the possible scenarios in case of a tie.

@LPTexas Again I'm reminded that we need Ranked Choice Voting in Presidential races as well as Electoral College reform.

We shouldn't be continually forced into an either-or scenario.

While #RankedChoiceVoting is an improvement over the traditional "first past the post" method, in my opinion, it's unfortunate that neither major party has gotten behind the reform.

RCV has benefitted Republicans *and* Dems.
