@RoyalMail hi Royal Mail, I ordered an item using tracked delivery. I got a text stating my item will be delivered today before 10:30 but it hasn’t arrived yet!! Any advice on what I can do? Or when it might turn up?

My payment was taken the following day, 20th. I just received an email this morning to say it has been dispatched. Who knows 🤷🏻‍♀️ but here’s to me wishing it into existence 🥳
