The funny thing about the Deshaun Watson situation is it’s entirely about his play. The fans (mostly) loved him the first year or two and defended him. Since then, everything has to do with how bad he’s been in conjunction with his contract. The personal side is the cherry on top
I know this isn't happening, but Jimmy Haslam's tenure as owner has been a disaster, all the losing, all the terrible decisions, & the anger that he has created with the most loyal fan base in sports, he should sell the team.
@xanwitdatlean_ ZERO. I think he’s referring to his freaky ass cases cause there were people pissed about getting him just cause of those. The majority of the fanbase would look past that if the nigga played well tho. We’ve seen that from fans throughout the years
Deshaun is really out of his fucking mind. I think the world knows that people don’t give a fuck how shitty of a person you are if you play well but for you to be a shitty person AND play like shit, you’re delusional to think that shit is just personal.
Watson coming out today saying the fans are the problem and not his dogshit play over the last 4 years is the biggest form of gaslighting we will ever see in the history of mankind. JFC
Running backs to average 5 or more yards/rush over an entire career (min. 1000 attempts):

Elite company 😳
If Deshaun Watson can’t handle playing against third string defenders in front of a couple thousand (maybe?) booing fans, how’s he going to handle the Steelers defense on TNF in front of nearly 70,000 booing fans?
How on earth could you expect a good reaction from this fanbase?
#Browns mortgaged their entire future to bring this guy to Cleveland and he’s been suspended, injured or flat out garbage for the entire duration of his tenure.
actively throwing shit on the fans while being the most unlikable player in football , is surely how we are gonna solve this booing problem, more excellent decision making from the veteran QB
