@CityPowerJhb I find it strange that on Monday techs were onsite, Tuesday they needed parts,now today the transformer has been stolen. Where is the accountability? Clearly the technicians left it open and unsecured for vandals to have access. It's not a small item, so needed at least a car.

@CityPowerJhb Blairgowrie North block 1 Power not restored since 20.00 on 12 Feb. This is absolutely ridiculous. We have now been without power for more than 9 consecutive hours, with loadshedding also due until 08.30 on 13 Feb. Absolutely unacceptable. You are breaking the grid

@CityPowerJhb for the 2nd time today our power has not been restored in Blairgowrie block 15 (1). We have literally been off for more than 12 hours...should have come back at 22.30, it's 23.39 now, we due off again at 04.00. If you can't restore power, then don't switch us off

@CityPowerJhb yet again Block 14 tripped after loadshedding should have been restored. This is happening nearly every single time we have loadshedding. Yesterday we did not have any ower from 12.00 until 23.30, due to exactly the same issue. Please apply a permanent fix?

@vumatel Forbes rd, Blairgowrie has been down due to supposed maintenance for 3 days now which we were not told about. Can you please ensure the teams don't leave before checking that everyone's fibre is working. They just keep disappearing

@MTNza i spoke to 3 agents since 08.00 this morning, who each cut me off after holding for 15 minutes. After calling twice yesterday for same issue. Account locked for number swap which I DIDN'T initiate. Can't use my phone, or receive calls. Awaiting calls re: a visa. Help pls

@CityPowerJhb This was restored and tripped again less than 10 minutes later. It has now tripped twice post loadshedding at 16.00-18.30 and we are due to be loadshed again at 24.00. Can also not log any new faults on citypower site. Please can someone provide an update?
