@SuperFashi1 I've visited many doctors and even traveled to seek treatment and the repeated notion of "it's stress related" and "just wait it out" is engraved into my skull. From what I understand there is no real fix for it that won't mess with my health in some other aspect.

I have to be transparent
It is a fact that I can't play my instruments as well as I used to, due to the awful state of my hands over the last couple years; and it's really getting to me and my self esteem

@AndrewRKenny It's one of those cases where the steps to treat it would fuck my health in a different area, such as my liver. I've been told by every doctor I've seen to just "wait it out" and "not stress so much". It's been progressing for 7 years.
