I moved to New York City 25 years ago. I came of age, fell in love, and became a father here. Seeing our City in so much pain breaks my heart.
Let’s fight for a future New York City that we can be proud of – together. Join us at https://t.co/TGnxwuBiHB
@FrancisNgannou_ @BruceRheins @AndrewYang I agree. We should also limit their cleaning methods to only use toothbrushes and manual labor so we can guarantee all 209 million adults have this job waiting for them.
Thanks @samharris for the great conversation you had with @profgalloway. Highly recommend any of my #yanggang friends to give it a listen.

@Viepril_Gamer@TheFutureIsYang@Zach_Graumann I feel the same way. We already have studies from pilot programs that just randomly sampled from a larger population. Having a program that applied universally to a small town would provide some interesting data points.
@luismen1991 @LikesLurking@wowscreamtwice@bebi_lovely@esaagar The main funding mechanism is a 10% VAT. Assuming the worst case where all of it is transferred to the consumer. An individual would have to spend more than 10k a month or 120k a year on goods exposed to the VAT to be worse off. This helps the vast majority of Americans.
@Ineedamouse1 @johntitor@nytimes I would argue that households where a spouse has to take a low paying job to help make ends meet only to see a sizeable chunk of that going to pay for childcare to pay someone else to watch their child when they’d prefer to raise their kid themselves is more ridiculous.
@imwoman11@Newyorkred01@PaulAboutIt@nytimes Everyone benefits in our society from the better educational outcomes and well adjusted populace due to the time investments made by stay at home parents. Our market places no value on this type of work in our economy and we should change that.
@andrewyang talked about this frequently during his campaign as a reason for the freedom dividend. We need to align economic value with our human value. #MoveHumanityForward

"If American women earned minimum wage for the unpaid work they do around the house and caring for relatives, they would have made $1.5 trillion last year. Globally, women would have earned $10.9 trillion," write Kristen Ghodsee and Gus Wezerek https://t.co/PVxbOMDlrV
@iThinkBuzz If we had ranked choice voting there would be no room to suggest another candidate stole your candidates votes.
Ranking candidates and having the preferences play out so if your 1st choice isn’t viable your 2nd or 3rd is counted is a superior system.
@AndrewYang@sxsw@karaswisher@nytimes Looking forward to it. Enjoyed your last talk at sxsw. Hopefully this time you don’t end up interviewing yourself again 😂
