@e4rlito I only became aware because I started putting money in the account recently and set up the Moneyline. I've NEVER used the card anywhere online or even at an ABM. I just went to them yesterday because it happen the night before. Never again.

@e4rlito I had an account with them from early last year but it was initially opened to facilitate a COD account. I didn't get a card at the time, late last year I requested a card and decided to save on the account. Lo and behold, the attempts started and right away.

As if it doesn't matter that Josh from @SouthwestAir put my minor children on a flight that was connecting in another city by themselves even though he assured me that they would be traveling with their aunt while I had to stay back with my husband who had a medical emergency.

Not @SouthwestAir putting my kids who are minors on a connecting flight by themselves when I asked to have their reservation linked to their aunt.

Only for their aunt to realize that they have a different flight number and she would be leaving them at the second airport. MINORS!!!!! And customer service take is that I should complain on the airlines website.
