Tenant Expansion Report is growing, and we’re looking to add a sharp, detail-oriented team member to our team.

⚠️ Important:
This is NOT a virtual assistant role, and we are ONLY considering candidates who physically reside in Orange County, CA. This role requires regular in-person meetings and hands-on training.

💻 Role Details:
• Part-time (approx. 18–20 hrs/week)
• Flexible schedule + remote work (outside of meetings)
• 1099 contractor position

✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Highly detail-oriented and reliable
• Strong problem-solving and research mindset
• Comfortable working with data and digital tools
• Clear, professional communication
• Based in Orange County, CA
