- Cold call with no answer: Leave voicemail saying you'll call back tomorrow and then call back tomorrow.
- In person meeting: Follow up in 3-4 days

Yesterday I drove over to his office and waited in the lobby until he would see me.

I brought his old lease that I bloodied up with red ink and gave it to him.

He looked it over for a few minutes in silence. "Fine, you can have my business."

Had a client that hired us end of 23. He was stoked to work with us because his last broker "did a terrible job"

Last night when asking for a signed rep agreement - "Sorry, we are not going to make a change at this time"

Wouldn't give me a reason. What would you do?

An O&G Executive that I cold called was having a blast messing with me.
"We have a 99 year lease, but you can keep callin"

5:30 PM daily, my dad calls and catches up on the cold calls and deal flow. He is a cattle man and knows nothing about commercial real estate but he listens and cheers me on.

These are the things that I'll miss someday.
