Now he goes more often. A sign of his growth, a positive thing for certain, but... Part of Nabira wishes he would stay more often.

The vampire's tufted tail gave but one single lash as she huffed through her nose and attempted to right herself. Of course, she was so... Dreadfully unused to interacting with someone like this.
Unused to her thoughts wandering to the warmth of a living pulse, for more reasons-

He’d noted her change in demeanor and tone, and thus adjusted accordingly. The cat was like a shadow behind the vampire, trailing her up along the stairs so worn with age.

She would not respond to his assurances, though. Not as she reached the top of the stairs to be met with the grand set of doors that shielded Castle Ravenwatch from prying eyes. Nabira paused to allow her errant companion to catch up before she placed-

Something about that made the vampire's ears fold back and her jaw set, but maybe her embarrassment over her absent minded behavior mere moments ago left her somewhat prickly.
"There are easier ways of trapping a mortal, I am sure..." She muttered -
And so, the mage followed her steps, letting the vampire slip free from his grasp with ease.
“Go on, Dro’zhar shall follow your ways, sleek one. As long as you do not lead him into a trap.”
Not that he thought she was going to, as his tone of voice was…

When was the last time someone had taken her hand in theirs like this? This... Warmth, that enveloped her fingers, stirring the sense of touch that had been dulled by centuries of unlife.
Nabira paused, almost as if she was suddenly somewhere else. As if her mind had wandered. -
“Now you are speaking his language.” Dro’zhar replied, reaching up for the hand grazing his shoulder, gently taking those cold fingered into his own hand. He had no idea if she could feel his warm touch.
Perhaps only his pulse, so sickly sweet and full of life.
