@HotpointUK Not sure if this is a DM, but the problem has the hotpoint Engineer at a loss and I get the impression he is changing components in the hope it fixes it. Nothing about this type of problem online and no error code. Very odd problem.

@SpotifyUK Limiting Audiobook listening to 15 hours per month is wrong, either provide it in payment plan, or don't. Spotify charge another £8.99 to extend the time limit. It's been an issue for subscribers for years, but Spotify have not changed it.

@SpotifyUK We have Spotify family plan, which is good. But the audiobook scheme is poor and complicated, why? Family plan by its very name should allow all equal access hence the family payment plan & why the 15 hours? Therefore, will have to remain with Audible.

@RevolutApp first time using Revolut card abroad, didn't work for contactless payments only cashpoint. To complicated when at a busy till only for the card to be declined. Linked to Google pay and has 2000 HKD on it.
