@Aeroplan I have still not received any credit for flights flown on Dec 30 and 31, and when I try to submit a claim for missing miles, I either get a “passenger name not found” error or a “flight not found” error. Pls help!

Hello @Aeroplan! I’ve flown 5 AC SQS on Dec 28, 30, and 31, but neither the SQS nor SQM have been credited. When I check on my dashboard, everything is reset to 0 (even if I look at the previous year of 2022.) When can I expect credit? Usually it’s much quicker. Thx!
