I think it a playtest server would help, so they can see the data beforehand.

Perception wise, a lot of players don't have faith in arrowhead right now, even natural thing will be view as negative and it will become self-fulfilling prophecy

they need to include reason for change in patch notes itself so people who doesn't watch YouTube can understand why they do that.
