Definitely shouldnt be in mass.Not sure whether you mean third world as in those not aligned with either superpower bloc i.e First World (United States, NATO) or Second World (Communist bloc led by Russia & China) as per Sauvy's framework, or third world as in low low-income, developing, limited industrialization countries. In either case I don't know what the overall benefit has been especially economically.
Though socially, & just from a "normal expectation of a normal human being" point of view, those migrants from common-wealth countries or First World-aligned countries, do not even need to assimilate much if at all, because we share the same Judeo-Christian values and just seemlessly blend in to the country. Maybe that's the only benefit🤷🏽‍♂️.
I'm in a former British colonised country called Zambia, you'd be hard-pressed to find a record of violence such as intentional homicide (murder or manslaughter via stabbing, shooting, or assault), terrorism, mass attacks, or similar acts committed by Zambians in either the UK or the USA. All my people that I know who are in your countries love their new found home & aren't even "woke" at all😅. We love our British-Commonwealth people & the USA and have so much in common including religion.🤷🏽‍♂️

What I'm saying is we need to strike a balance that doesn't dilute parental "skin in the game" potentially reducing accountability & involvement. Either through income-based fees (to maintain some direct parental stake) or some other Hybrid which I don't know but can be thought out.I am not totally against free components to that
My worry is the fostering of a top-down dependency model that weakens self-government at the personal and family level.

The earths surface (vegetated land) about 20% of it, the size of the United States, has gotten Greener over the last 40yrs because of the Carbon Dioxide that plants are consuming.
Not only that, I think there a lot of Alarmism and gainers from that Alarmism as regards climate change through all these money channeling "empathetic" strings. Do not get into the Grand stands. You might win the argument but lose the race.

Indeed but not just by X. The whole reason the United States of America worked & workes still is that basic foundations for that unification beyond just "same region" are there, key of which are shared language, and cultural similarities & shared ideas. These help far more in coming up with a political system designed to survive human conflict. And there's bound to be a lot of that with the diversity that would be at play🤷🏽‍♂️

We should give it fire 🔥 power. There is "no alternative" to centering family and traditional values for human flourishing. From the beginning of time, the family is THEE support system for a man, without which he poorly dorminates the world out there.
The family exists first and foremost to support the man in his work. Adam was given a mission to work the garden. A helpmate was given him, but to help with what? A helpmate made to help accomplish the mandate to have dominion over the earth.
One of my fears is that as govts grow larger and larger, they suppose to take the place of a man and family by too much social welfare programs that render the man pressureless to provide & leads to non commitments & father absence🤷🏽‍♂️

Brilliant piece here which as many people need to here🗣️ .The family is indeed society's foundational institution, older than government, schools, or churches. It instills responsibility, moral values, and civilization's building blocks.✅
You touched on something in here which is one of the biggest problems but sadly still goes unnoticed and that is "Single Parent Homes" or much more accurately, "Father Absence." We have not as a country even remotely delved into that urgently needed conversation.🤷🏽‍♂️

@briansimasiku All I'm getting from the article is "exercise" & "walks". But I think thats not painting the full picture. Healthy lifestyles & "weight loss" has more to do with what you eat & keeping your mouth shut for some long hours. Low carb, sugar free eating lifestyles do the trick better
