@SuperFroggyJosh@Akuago220 It's the trade off between performance and realism.
Like watching youtubers and streamers react to content and use volume as a substitute for emotion. That's the performance.
Realism is often just saying the line but doesn't bring much to set up the viewer's emotion.
@seedoilprince Because like a lot of things. It might be the only way they know how.
It might literally just be their workflow to have actors just voice act and motion capture at the time time.
This isn't even the goofiest thing I've seen with motion capture.

@lucahjin Scam industry has been a trillion dollar industry. Larger than the music, video game, and movie industry combined. Only beaten by health care, energy and private equity.
But I do hope that you can get legal help to resolve whatever is going on.
The reason why people want a game like Crazy Taxi.
People need a game where they can just drive as freely as possible in a town without any sort of real life consequence while doing simple jumps at high speed listening to good energetic music.
@GaeruArts Interesting. Thank you for taking the time to respond.
I've always struggled to understand the workflow artists use when it comes to drawing digitally and how to apply it.
Also, that's a nice drawing.
So I am interested in learning more about Bandai namco's Gundam Rogue Orbit.
Because this feels out of left field for the Gundam franchise using mechs to fight kaiju monsters.
I can't believe that we're going to see even more games be announced tomorrow.
Already 300+ games announced this week alone. I've only seen like...15% of them from today alone...
I wish I had more time.
