In the last days, we had PayPal problems, (which almost stopped our ❤️ ❤️ ) - but now it is back working and we can breathe again.
If you tried to donate to us and your transaction didn't succeed, so we didn't receive the donation, and you would like to repeat your transaction - we would be very grateful.
King Maxi has always been very fond of big, fast cars.
Imagine our surprise to see how many car logos Abdullah found on Maxis Royal Countenance! Please enjoy the video.

Preparation today protects every life tomorrow.
We are still short of food, and now changing conditions near our borders have made building our emergency food reserve more urgent.
Monthly donations help us purchase and safely store dry and canned food now, so more than 2700 animals can continue to eat if deliveries are delayed or supplies become difficult to obtain.
Recent developments are making this scenario a strong possibility.
A bag of dry food costs approximately $27, and a case of wet food costs about $20.
Can you help us build our emergency food reserves today?

MEET OUR STAFF.
We begin a series of interviews with our staff, with Dr Ahmed one of our 2 veterinarians.
Dr Ahmed works mainly at the Free Clinic in the city.
He also delivers lectures to new veterinary students at Idlib University 2 days a week sharing his knowledge, and in doing so he is improving the future for small animals and pets in Syria.
Over the next weeks, our new photographer Abdullah, will record a short video of all of our staff at the clinics, the sanctuary and Winsons Farm and introduce them and their work to you.
We hope you enjoy meeting them.
Here are some photos taken today at Winsons Farm.
As you can see everyone is well and happy.

Today my wonderful, beloved, handsome cat Poppy was diagnosed with a horrible malignant pharyngeal cancer.
There is no need telling you about my deep pain and devastation.
At the same time, today a new free animal care clinic opens in Syria. Today, more than ever, I understand the sacredness of our mission in Syria. Without this clinic, thousands of animals will lose their lives, some very painfully, due to a lack of care, medicine, and good veterinarians. However, with this clinic, a ray of light exists.
Today, I realized that even in our countries in Europe, with all the benefits and well-being we have, a cat's illness can seriously compromise a family's economy. We make sacrifices, cancel holidays, and give up useless things because our beloved cat comes first.
In Syria, many times they have nothing to give up. Having created a chance for their animals to be cared for is a miracle.
Thanks to everyone who supported and donated for the realization, to our partner WTG who finance the clinic, we are all grateful and moved by our free veterinary clinic for animals in Syria.

A little update on the very sad ginger boy who came to us from Lattakia on July 5th.
He had a nasty abscess on his head and many other wounds that had been stitched badly and were getting worse
He also had a fungal infection and was very ill.
Now he is recovering well and he knows he is in kind and safe hands. Photos below are from today, showing his recovery.
Dr Mohammed, says he is a good cat, and he will stay at Ernestos Sanctuary.
We are very close to the end of this month now and we still haven't reached our goals for food.
We really do need your help please. Prices are rising daily.
