Tennessee Stands is working to protect the individual liberty of all Tennesseans. Advocating for freedom. Nonprofit.
Freedom is not free. Stand with Tennessee.
If you watched our Forum, Gubernatorial candidate Monty Fritts shared a letter he sent to Governor Lee on June 9th, calling on him to “designate CAIR, and any of its affiliated organizations, as a recognized foreign terrorist organization in Tennessee.”
Here’s the letter and the corresponding support for Fritts’ request.
Remember, HB2279/SB2644 initially identified “Sharia Law” as a foreign law affiliated with transnational repression, but the legislature removed it. Be sure and ask incumbent candidates about their position on this bill before Election Day!
@RepToddWarner is the only Representative who scored a 100 for this legislative season, giving him a lifetime score of a 95 and a Leadership Grade of A+ 🙌
According to the contribution reports, he receives 53% of his donations from individuals and 18% of his funds from PACs.
Take a look at how he voted, who has contributed and how it all compares to previous years.

All three candidates running for Governor have discussed their intentions of how they will support, or not support, the expansion of Data Centers across Tennessee.
We’ll unpack all three positions in our Sunday e-mail.
For now, do you know where the closest Data Center is to you and your neighbors? Use this map to find out for yourself.

🗳️We are pleased to endorse Monty Fritts for Governor of Tennessee. @MontyFritts4TN
A firm constitutionalist and defender of the natural liberties of all Tennesseans, Monty Fritts approaches public health and state governance with an unyielding commitment to absolute freedom.
As a state lawmaker, he has aggressively fought the pharmaceutical-educational complex, countering the systemic push to pathologize normal childhood behavior and overmedicate students within public schools and the foster care system.
Almost every single election integrity bill that came to the legislature this year failed. We have people voting in our elections who have never stepped foot in Tennessee! Follow @tnfairelections for a true picture of what elections in Tennessee actually look like!
You have no clue. You just repeat the lines you are given.
The leftist election framework is in place in Tennessee:
☑️Poll workers across the state have not been trained on how to identify a noncitizen by looking at the DL. They ONLY look at the photo. Useless. And they give them a ballot regardless.
☑️TN Counties are PROHIBITED by the state from using the free SAVE system to verify voter eligibility. DID YOU KNOW THIS? ASK @tnsecofstate about it
☑️Overseas Voters who have NEVER lived in Tennessee are allowed to register and vote from without meeting residency requirements and without citizenship verification. North Carolina was just sued by the RNC and lost for the same practice. The TN GA had a bill before them this year to correct the problem, but the Senate state and local committee killed it. Ask @MarkGoinsTN about it.
Additional issues:
☑️Counties are getting away from precinct voting and moving to Vote centers- centralized voting and tabulation. Can't perform precinct audits in a vote center. Mark Goins killed the bill that would return us to precinct voting.
☑️Ballot marking devices that produce ballots with QR/barcodes which are NOT voter verifiable. Mark Goins killed this bill too. What did Trump's EO say about this? Don't you support his election integrity agenda?
☑️Anyone age 60 and up can get an absentee ballot. Why? Age is not a disability. You are 74. Do you consider your age a disability?
☑️All the leftists NGOs are in TN-influencing and "training" county election offices.
☑️20 days of early voting creates weaknesses in administration. Election Day is election day. Again-Don't you support Trump on this?
☑️The state charges $2,500 per month for an electronic copy of the statewide voter rolls. Do you agree that this is an outrageous cost for public records.
☑️Some county election offices have a policy of NEVER removing anyone from the voter rolls. TN also has an ADDITIONAL 90 blackout period on the calendar in addition to NVRA requirements. Why? Again, ask Mark Goins what he does all day, everyday.
☑️The SOS refuses to support a secure hand marked paper ballot despite the overwhelming support of Tennesseans. Again, this is a Trump priority.
Why are you ignoring the fact that TN has done NOTHING to support America First Election Integrity?
The Tennessee Legislative Report Card is LIVE! See how your legislator voted on each bill we tracked in 2026 and who is contributing to their campaigns.
Two things to remember:
It’s an election year, you’ll see some legislators who voted YES in 2025 on School Voucher bills, then NO in 2026, when they know they have an opponent.
The legislature pushed through a strong immigration package, which included several bills and therefore, brought a few members to a higher score than they received last year.
We’ve revamped the website, we hope it continues to prove to be a solid resource for conservative voters across Tennessee!

This is happening just across the TN border. Georgia Power is using eminent domain to take people’s personal property to expand the data center footprint.
State leadership matters!
🗳️We are pleased to endorse Will Bolton for Tennessee House District 23.
Will Bolton approaches the protection of public health with the instinct of a constitutional purist. Will recognizes that true health freedom is the bedrock of individual liberty, and he is entirely dedicated to ensuring that no government agency, employer, or medical facility can ever force healthcare decisions onto the citizens of Tennessee.
Driven by his family's own choice to embrace medical autonomy, Will treats bodily sovereignty as an unalienable right. With nearly three decades of high-stakes public service, he is uniquely equipped to reject corporate-aligned special interests and restore genuine personal representation to District 23.
🗳️We are pleased to endorse Jessica Means for Tennessee House District 1.
A farmer, local business owner, and Chairman of the Sullivan County Health Council, Jessica Means entered this legislative race with a clear purpose: to advance the MAHA mission and secure medical sovereignty for the families of Tennessee. Jessica views medical freedom as the frontline of modern liberty, recognizing that the right to bodily autonomy is a natural right that must be shielded from state-sponsored coercion.
Means is an energetic advocate for lifestyle-focused wellness who is deeply skeptical of the pharmaceutical-educational complex. She brings an uncompromised perspective to environmental stewardship, having already utilized her executive position as County Commissioner to fight local corporate technology overreach by proposing a moratorium on resource-heavy data centers.
We’re just over a week away from our Gubernatorial Forum. These three Republican candidates are all asking for us, the people, to choose one of them to represent our voice and our values. This is not a decision to make lightly 🇺🇸
@JohnRoseforTN, on June 3rd, you referred to conservative organizations trying to bring the three Republican Gubernatorial candidates together as “sideshows”.
As one of those organizations, who is partnering with 18 other conservative groups, to host one of these “sideshow” forums, I wanted to make sure and let you know how your team responded to our formal invitation.
First, they asked me to check with Senator Blackburn. Once her team let us know that she would not be participating in any public forums, we came back to your team to follow up.
Next, after asking your team for any available day before the election to choose for the event, they let us know that you did not have a single date available.
This was on April 24th.
You will have a chair available for you on stage and we’d love to see you confirm your own post, that you’ll “debate every Republican for Governor”, unless you do believe the conservative movement in Tennessee is truly a sideshow.
📣FORUM UPDATE📣
We’re 15 days out from our Gubernatorial Forum, an event co-sponsored by a united grassroots effort all asking one thing from our candidates, will you join us in a public forum to discuss the top issues we care most about?
Senator Blackburn has declined the invitation.
Congressman Rose stated he did not have any dates available.
Representative Fritts confirmed immediately, stating he would make any date work.
So here we are. We have ONE Republican candidate seeking the highest elected office in our state willing to discuss the issues publicly, in a setting where the electorate can hear from everyone.
Jefferson said in Federalist 49, “The people are the only legitimate fountain of power”, how can a people govern without being able to make an informed choice?
Tennessee, we must inform ourselves. On June 25th, you will hear from Rep. Fritts himself. We will inform you how the other two candidates have voted over the last few years on each topic we discuss.
If you can’t make it to Chattanooga, don’t worry, the event will be live streamed and recorded. We will be sure to do our part to educate and inform every voter in Tennessee before they make their choice for this important role in our state.
Hope to see you on the 25th, it will be time well spent 🇺🇸

Incentivizing corporations with tax payer dollars is common practice among almost all 50 states, but preserving state values and protecting small businesses should never come before corporate, out of state profits.
Did you know a handful of people decide who to incentivize and who not to? The Starbucks deal was made final by a vote of 3 men, one of whom is appointed by the Governor.
This is why the Governor race matters! If you want more corporations and less small businesses, you have a candidate option. If you want small businesses to thrive and values to be protected, you also have an option.
Make the choice on August 6th 🇺🇸

This Sunday, we’ll report on the details behind the Starbucks Corporation welfare incentive given by our state.
In the meantime, take a look at the list of pending contracts. The $30 million to Starbucks doesn’t compare to the $45 million to a Korean company looking to open their United States HQ to Clarksville, TN!
https://t.co/1ROdVfSQvo
@yoalexrapz He’s the only candidate willing to come speak at a public forum about this and other topics conservatives need to know about before August 6th! https://t.co/QQAJWbURqS
In the last installment of our 3-part series about campaign funding, we look at who is funding candidate @MontyFritts4TN .
We have three vastly different campaign strategies among the Republican candidates, it’s important to see behind each candidate before getting to the ballot!

According to Bill Federer, there are three reasons Muslims are determined to spread their ideology: to immigrate beyond their home countries, to increase their numbers, and to ultimately eliminate anyone who does not believe in the world world government they refer to as the “Caliphate”.
The CAIR Directory of American Muslim Elected Officials states, “When we run for office and organize in our communities, we simultaneously shatter stereotypes and combat rampant Islamophobia. We serve our people and represent our communities’ needs. And we bring our voices to the table in many states and districts, our political representation is long overdue.”
Much of Europe will never be the same, there is no going back from how far they’ve come. Tennessee has had several opportunities to call out Sharia Law for being a terrorist, anti-American practice, but has heard the threats from the ACLU and the American Muslim Advisory Council over the voices of constituents.
In this election season, ask every single legislator and elected official how they feel about Sharia Law and its place in Tennessee, from School Board to Senate, everyone must have an answer and be ready to defend it.
