Just received word from Mr Kirby's CPA...the IRS has corrected the record, and is issuing him a REFUND. I appreciate IRS officials responding to me so fast, BUT, whoever was responsible for handling Mr Kirby's case should be fired immediately! The new IRS Chief should set up a web portal where tax payers can make reports that actually get reviewed and replied to. This was absolutely ridiculous, and should never happen again. This dragged on for 5 years, and in under 24 hours, we fixed it. Unreal.

H.R. 9535, called the Securing Agriculture's Workforce Act of 2026, will give illegal migrants legal work status and allow them to stay in the United States all year long.
Critics say the Workforce act is rewarding migrants who came into the country illegally and taking jobs away from American citizens.

The bill will expand H-2A eligibility to year-round agricultural operations, such as dairy, livestock, greenhouse, and mushroom farming, removing the seasonal requirement.

As of mid-July 2026, the Judiciary Committee under Chairman Jim Jordan has not moved the bill forward, prioritizing border measures first.
