6. With systems in place:
You don’t need motivation.
You don’t rely on discipline.
You simply execute automatically.
That’s how you make progress inevitable.
5. Want to build your system?
Start here:
1️⃣ Define a clear goal.
2️⃣ Identify repeatable actions.
3️⃣ Create checklists & templates.
4️⃣ Automate with AI or delegation.
5️⃣ Track output and iterate.
4. Every system evolves through 3 stages:
1️⃣ Manual:
You do each step yourself.
2️⃣ Semi-automated:
→ Tools/templates handle parts.
3️⃣ Fully Automated:
→ Delegated or tech-enabled.
The Goal: progress on autopilot.
2. Then I read James Clear:
“You don’t rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems.”
That sounded smart.
But I still couldn’t explain what a system actually was.
In just 120 days I made the time to:
• Gain 1,000 followers on X.
• Build a productivity course.
• Publish 30 newsletter editions.
• Do it all while working full-time.
I wrote an eBook to help you reclaim your time.
FREE for 48 hours.

Here’s the 20-Minute Tactic to stay in control:
1. Set a timer for 20 minutes.
2. Do something else while you wait.
3. If you still want it after the timer, go for it.
Most urges fade before the timer does.
