The difference between non yae and yae sandrone teams is more than between not having or having escoffier for skirk.

@jaxonfiles_ It actually would be very cool if the stacks can only be maxed in AOE scenarios. It will be a meaningful mechanic, and bosses can have more AOE phases for this too.

@zajef77 It is not cost maxing if you are forcing c0 on everyone. Mualani cost maxed is better than zibai.
