Marketer’s Biggest Myth: Where does trust come from?
Remember this. Frequency builds awareness, awareness builds trust.
Be in front in one group of 10 consistently, instead of appearing once in 10 different groups.
Make one group see you, believe you, love you. That’s trust
The key to building a business.
Good if you know how to create a groundbreaking product.
If not, find an expert to do it.
You, work on the ability to communicate effectively. Know how to narrate your product’s perceived value.
Clear, concise, relatable!!
People rarely invest in intangible but valuable assets.
Spend more on existing customers than acquiring new ones.
Encourage repeat purchases and convert customers than bringing in new ones.
It’s cheaper and expands your business faster.
There’s a fine line between customer satisfaction and privacy invasion.
Understand your customers before you apply ‘kindness’.
Sending a welcome message to a stranger you just got on your list might scare that person away — especially if he/she is super conservative.
Illogically Right creates perceived value.
Red bull taste not as good as Coke, is smaller in size than Coke, and much expensive than Coke…
But it’s perceived as a “supplement” instead of a soft drink.
Communicate your perceived value is to the right people!!
#Sales
Adapt habit & social copying when launching a product.
It’s easier to sell something that has been used by someone than to invent something entirely new.
Create perceptual value that’s recognisable.
If you don’t understand the customer’s pain point behind the pain point, you’ll end up wasting resources.
Eg. Customers are not actually concern about the duration of waiting a taxi, it’s the UNCERTAINTY of missing the taxi.
Psychological moonshots > technological moonshots.
Instead of 10x the speed of how fast a train can travel (given today’s technological advancement and safety issues). There’s always a way to make a train ride 10x more enjoyable.
Think psychologically!

Always remember to:
1) Be grateful with the customers you have. Make them HAPPY 😃
2) Make your customers feel important.
3) Understand them more than themselves.
