Be careful when ordering from @HazeltonsBasket. Their substitution policy means completely changing the order and even the occasion. Their service is disappointing, their terms and conditions are misleading, and their customer support is close to nonexistent.

@HazeltonsBasket decided to substitute a “You are the Best” balloon for a “Thank You” one. How is this the same?

@HazeltonsBasket do not include personalized messages, they change the occasion gifts, and poorly “substitute” products for items not resembling what was requested.

I had the worst customer experience with @HazeltonsBastets. They not only substitute items for things that are not similar, but omitted my personalized message and sent a different occasion balloon. Be warned!
