Our racial divide is a disease. Human remedies won’t fix it; they merely mask the symptoms for a season. What we need is a prescription from our Creator based on His Word to destroy this cancer before it destroys us all.

Ultimately... our actions, our attitude, and the environment that we create is the only thing we can control.
Good leadership is not necessarily about figuring out how to improve those around you; it’s sometimes just about creating the conditions where those around you can improve themselves.
One of the best things a teacher can do for students is to find little ways for them to experience success. Success is one of the best motivations there is. It increases the likelihood students will keep working when things get a little tougher.
I appreciate it when teachers take the time to communicate with parents about how their student is doing. I know it can sometimes be a hassle. I get it. But it means the world to the parents... and most importantly, kids benefit from a good partnership between home and school.
#ThoughtForTheDay Never allow your emotions in the short term to negatively get in the way of solid long term decisions. Be careful about putting emotions ahead of thought. Sometimes it’s hard to recover. #LiveYourExcellence
