The last 4 days of the year decide how January actually goes
Not motivation
Not resolutions
But making an actual plan
When was the last time you had a plan?
The last 4 days of the year decide how January actually goes
Not motivation
Not resolutions
But Actual Preparation
When was the last time you had a plan?
Here’s what I know for sure.
If you truly could do this on your own, you would have already.
And if you keep using excuses instead of systems, nothing changes.
January doesn’t reward effort.
It rewards preparation.
I hear people say fasting helped them and all I can think is you’re confusing effort with progress
You are crazy to think not eating is going to benefit you
If you’re happy where you’re at, that’s your choice.
No one’s taking that away from you.
I just hate seeing effort wasted on ideas that feel productive but quietly hold you back.
I’ve lived it.
That’s why I talk about it.
There’s this myth that “once you finish PT, you’re ready to play.”
You’re not.
65% of athletes make it back to their preinjury sport.
1 in 2 tear again within 2 years.
And over 80% of cleared athletes say they don’t feel ready.
Clearance doesn’t equal readiness.
If limb symmetry is below 90%, if ACL-RSI confidence scores are under 65, or if fear of movement still spikes your HR after cuts and landings… you’re not ready for return-to-sport loading.
Readiness is physical + psychological.
Both matter. Both can be trained.
The goal isn’t to get cleared.
It’s to compete again — without going back under the knife.
