Dear TermMax Community,
Over the past few months, we've seen many discussions and questions regarding our TGE timeline. We've been paying close attention to community feedback and want to share an update on where things stand today.

Rather than communicating a timeline before we had sufficient confidence in it, we chose to remain focused on building the protocol, strengthening the ecosystem, and advancing launch preparations. We don't want just a TGE. We want a successful launch that supports the long-term growth and sustainability of TermMax.

The crypto industry has experienced significant volatility and uncertainty over the past several months. Market sentiment and liquidity conditions across exchanges and the broader market have continued to evolve, and are being taken into consideration in ongoing launch preparations while we introduced the Rollover feature, successfully launched App V2, and continued improving the user experience across the protocol.

Beyond product development, the protocol has seen significant TVL growth and graduated from YZi Labs EASY Residency Season 3. TermMax also became a validator on Canton Network, a leading institutional blockchain designed to bring financial institutions on-chain. This milestone further strengthens TermMax’s position in regulated institutional markets and marks an important step in expanding its fixed-rate infrastructure into compliant, institution-focused on-chain environments, bridging traditional finance and DeFi.

To ensure a strong launch, TGE preparations remain actively underway, with ongoing coordination across relevant parties as we work through the final stages of preparation. Our team continues to advance these efforts and will share further updates with the community as soon as more definitive information becomes available.

We sincerely appreciate the patience and support shown by our community throughout this journey. The participation and contributions of our community members remain meaningful and will not be overlooked.
