That, at a minimum, I don't see how he doesn't get forced out.

I truly hope that the Sailors, whose wives and parents started all this, are sent to Captain's Mast and forced out of the Navy at the end of their contract. The Navy needs to make an example out of all of them and send a message to the entire Fleet that this conduct will not be tolerated.
