@scrybabystoner @chiweethedog Traditionally they’re seasoned to the taste of the meat (rosemary for lamb, Thyme for beef/chicken, sage for pork) and garlic is also put in the oil aswell as salt abd pepper but their not overly seasoned as they’re kinda the more plain base starchy part of a roast dinner

@_keikoKitty_ @Z3n1th27 There’s a really god video by ann reardon a good scientist on YouTube, I watched it a long time ago but essentially the issues lie with the creation of the meat as it has to be grown in a sterile environment 1/2

@_keikoKitty_ @Z3n1th27 This is primarily issues with the production tho I don’t see a problem with lab grown meat itself but idky it would be put on shelves and inevitably marketed as “a green alternative” when it’s nowhere near that stage yet.

@_keikoKitty_ @Z3n1th27 this is hard especially on the scale needed to be able to rely on this as an alternative to farming, also, it’s actually worse for the environment than traditional meat and far more expensive, great idea in theory but we’re not quite there scientifically yet for it to be viable
