I was able to downgrade my iPod touch 4 to iOS 5.1.1. This one I have was manufactured in late 2011, so the earliest I could go is iOS 5.

While it is a tethered downgrade, at least it works without any issues!

Congress has introduced a new bill that could change how every phone, laptop, and tablet works in the US.

The Parents Decide Act would require companies like Apple, Google, and Microsoft to collect your exact date of birth before you can set up or use the device.

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian would need to verify it.

The operating system would then let apps check your age to restrict content or require approval.

Now yes, this does mention his NSFW side, but that doesn't make what he did any better. He used to despise NSFW back then, but not everyone of his YouTube subscribers knows about his other side, which makes it worse considering how most of his subscribers are children!
