How long will the Terra community subsidize $ORION rewards for other networks?

@orion_money has increased fees for faithful $LUNA stakers. These fees are rebated to $ORION stakers.

@ttlg_crew @FreyaJane89 @orion_money What we learned is while validator fees do go to economic incentives of the $ORION token, $LUNA stakers are receiving at most 4% of the $ORION token supply.

This means 96% of the fee paid by $LUNA stakers will not be recpatured for themselves

@orion_money This seems to confirm what we thought

All validator commissions paid by $LUNA stakers will be redistributed to $ORION holders.

But less than 4% of $ORION tokens are being air dropped to $LUNA stakers

$LUNA stakers are subsidizing all of the OTHER $ORION holders

@orion_money currently represents 8.13% of all staked $LUNA

Ignoring oracle rewards that r fixed for 3 yrs (about 3% in luna), all the rewards in Terra in general are from stablecoins and the rewards r dependent on network activity. Chai was still catching up after upgrade. Expecting true picture soon.

@MouseyMover @larry0x @orion_money Our understanding is the staking fund is for $ORION stakers not $LUNA stakers.

The community fund appears to be earmarked to be used for future governance.

We are asking for clarity because it does not seem like the majority is actually rebated to $LUNA stakers.
