2023, yes we had a few fraudsters (all distributors have had this at some point in time (Tunecore, Believe, RouteNote, DistroKid, to just name a few) ONErpm has had this hundreds of times since 2010, and we only had this during the year of 2023, and we had no way of scanning or detecting copyrighted material at this time due to the platform we had, no having a system to detect, but that was very quickly rectified with our new platform partner, who can detect fraudulent/copyrighted tracks, etc and block the track for distribution emailing the uploader asking for proof and informing us of this rejected release and for reasons why. The emails I know nothing about, or memory of. Offstep (owned by ONErpm) has been around a LOT longer than us, founded in 2010.

However, we're not a scam. We've always taken accountability for the issue in 2023, and the fraudsters were never paid, infact, the money was sent to original copyright holder

This is incorrect, d4vd's Apple Music account was not hacked, same with all other major artists profile's on DSPs. These releases were provided by distributors, artists themselves cannot upload directly to Apple Music, Spotify, Amazon Music, Deezer, YouTube Music, etc. The ones on YouTube (the art tracks) were auto-generated by YouTube, provided to them by OffStep (OneRPM), not the artists themselves.
