Fuji TV was not fined for anything to do with the incident and will likely not see any damages against them because of it. The BPO just hopes other programs can learn from this incident so that it doesn't happen again.

The Japanese Broadcast Ethics Organization has finally ruled on the Hana Kimura case brought upon by her mother against Fuji TV.

They found that Fuji TV had "taken certain measures to take care of the victim and proceeded with a certain degree of caution before the broadcast."

Also, in terms of how the scenes were edited, the organization said that they couldn't find any reason why this wasn't how Hana acted during the incident, and hence not a breach of ethics.
