Last week, Underwood tried crying during his clemency hearing while apologizing to the girl's family.

10-year-old Jamie Rose Bolin was beaten, suffocated to de*th, and then r*ped and mut*lated by Underwood in his apartment in Purcell, Oklahoma City, in 2006.

Underwood told FBI agents that it was his fantasy "to abduct a person, s*xually m*lest them, eat their flesh, and dispose of their remains."
