today was dry. a few moves came through but i wasn't glued to the screen most of the day. stayed watching for a good while though, just didn't find anything with enough volume for my kind of play, probably the whole robinhood blockchain narrative with cashcat pulling attention elsewhere.

some days are just like that. no clean setup shows up, and forcing it is how you turn a quiet day into a red one. it's important to not push a dlmm trade just for the sake of it, that's exactly when you lower your guard and end up eating a loss.
