Michelle and I were saddened to hear about the passing of Dexter Scott King. Dexter was the youngest son of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and Coretta Scott King, and dedicated his life to protecting their legacy. As Chairman of The King Center, he inspired a new generation to continue their work for justice and equality. Our thoughts are with his wife Leah and the entire King family.

I am so saddened to hear of the death of Randall Robinson at 81 years old. 😔Robinson was a civil rights attorney, and the founder of TransAfrica. He was in the forefront of the fight against apartheid and the fight for reparations for Blacks in America.
For my college senior thesis paper, I wrote about the effect of apartheid on black women and children in South Africa. So much of my research involved scouring Mr. Robinson’s phenomenal work with Transafrica . What an amazing & impactful life he lead. My deepest condolences to his family.
His brother was the great anchor, Max Robinson. 🙏🏾🕊️
