Do your job. Heard it 1000 times playing college ball. The greatest challenge in the real world hasn’t been learning to deal w/ paying bills or adult responsibilities. It’s been learning to live/work/interact with ppl that don’t understand the importance of just doing their job.

Extremely proud of this one. 2020 was a wild one. I managed the construction of 160 homes, was responsible for 80 closings, averaged an 80 day build time, and maintained a $0 variance. The job is tough, and it’s extremely stressful at times, but I love it.
