A TALE OF TWO DIFFERENT VISIONS FOR AMERICA:
Under Greg Abbotts leadership, Texas has banned more books than *any* state in America, while simultaneously suffering from an unprecedented epidemic of mass shootings.

At the same time, Abbott has cut hundreds of millions in mental health services, and refuses to enact *any* gun control, despite the vast majority being in favor of reasonable gun control.

Meanwhile, in Illinois, Governor @JBPritzker and Secretary of State @Giannoulias are leading by showing there’s a better way.

J.B. just passed an assault weapon ban, and Alexis first-in-the nation legislation to combat book bans by defunding book banners is setting an example for the rest of the country to follow.

The 2nd Amendment does *not* prohibit reasonable gun control.
The 1st Amendment *does* prohibit censorship.

As Alexi recently said, “ban the tools of war, not tools of education.”

BREAKING: Donald Trump gets crushing news as a marketing expert gets up to testify in the E. Jean Carroll rape and defamation case and argues that it could cost between $368,000 and $2.7 million to repair her reputation due to his relentless smears.

To prove her point, the expert pointed out that just one hateful post about Caroll on Trump's Truth Social profile was viewed between 13 and 18 million times with an estimated 5 million of them believing Trump's lies about her.

Trump has repeatedly called Caroll's credible accusations "false" and insulted her personal appearance despite the fact that everyone in the world at this point knows he is a proud sexual predator. We all heard him bragging about it on tape.
