48 hours after over a month of messing me around and lying to me and @WOOLWORTHS_SA still haven’t fixed what was a relatively minor issue. Seems you need shop elsewhere seeing as they don’t understand what customer service is when they mess things up.

I’ve been trying to get a refund for this whole time. I’ve been ignored and made promises when I eventually got their attention. I’m now 7 days into the last 24-48 hours where I was promised a solution.
@CityPowerJhb There are places with more than 4 hours of power in 48 hours. We just aren’t one of them. And you should maybe consider actually caring about customer service. Would make a nice change.
