Senate Majority Leader John Thune has not allowed President Trump to make a single recess appointment. Why is that? The American people deserve to know why the Majority Leader is blocking the president's agenda. And the American people also deserve to know why Senate Republicans have not removed Thune from leadership. As far as I'm concerned, at this point every Republican senator is complicit.
