@HM_Passport TNT should be stripped of their government contract! Sent me a text to say delivery would be today so I stayed in for 12 hours waiting for them to no show. Reading all the reviews I’m not alone in this treatment. Fast track service was running great until TNT got in.

One delivery text saying you’ll deliver last Saturday!
And I’m still waiting for either my passport or an explanation as to why I waited 12 hours on a Saturday to receive my passport??
