How do we as Canadians hold @AirCanada accountable for their mismanagement and lies. Flights yesterday cancelled between YSJ and YUL based on weather when the weather wasn’t even forecasted to be bad until after the flight schedule.

Website for @AirCanada after a flight change says we can cancel the flight but the cancel button just puts you in a loop back to confirm the flight change. The mgmt may not be responsible for the weather but they are responsible for the customer facing technology
