Another view of the Premier League Table after 11 games, taking account of the quality of the opposition.
Yes, it’s Liverpool, followed by Chelsea and Brighton.

@SimonBrundish Not just United, of course. Also we did same to them - raised our game, with crowd support - during their top years. We weren’t consistent enough. But we are in better shape than a year ago. And we’ve had Klopp!!!
@aselipsky@AWSSupport “Any Database, Any Cloud, Any Help?”
Really disappointed that I’ve had no response from AWS customer service to a simple sign-in issue. There appears to be no interest and no way to speak to a person.
Customer obsession is a fine sound bite but not real.
A *warning* to those who use a @Fitbit smart watch for sports. I recently lost my new Versa 4 while skiing. The new strap is not suited to sports as the clip can come loose. @FitbitSupport advised that I buy a sports strap (which confirms that the standard strap is not suitable).
@AWSSupport Hi @AWSSupport I raised the issue by PM on 22nd Jan but I still haven't been sent a case id by email. I find it really frusutrating that I can't speak to someone to resolve what should be a simple sign-in problem. Is there anything you can do to help?
Hi @AWSSupport, I'd appreciate your help accessing my AWS root account. During sign-in I verify my email but the phone verification fails instantly with "Phone verification could not be completed". I've sent 3 aws-acc-support forms in last week requesting help but still no reply.
