@andie1105@BorisJohnson Agreed. I am appalled at jounalists giving opinions and never being held to account. Our 'news' programmes are littered with journalists interviewing other journalists!

Miele Disaster. Simple repair to a working oven; engineer renders it unusable just before Christmas. Customer care (India!) did not call back. I tweet and Miele ask for my email address. Provided. No response. so much for #ObsessedWithQualityThatLasts (!) @Miele_GB @MyMustard
@Miele_GB Did that. Heard nothing. Great chance for you to show excellent service recovery or that you ruined our christmas. So much for #ObsessedWithQualityThatLasts @Miele_GB
Ruined Christmas? Minor repair to a working oven. Two appointments cancelled by Miele. Engineer arrived yesterday. Replaced part, but update failed. Result: no oven for Christmas. No call back from Cust care.
Please help and loan us an oven fast – or ruin Christmas. @Miele_GB
@Miele_GB If only...Miele engineers came yesterday, after delaying appointments to correct minor fault on our oven. Result: oven no longer works. How do we cook our turkey now? Where is Miele's service recovery? Please be creative and find a solution to the problem you caused. Act fast.
@Expedia Had to postpone trip for 1 year due to Covid - Hotel agreed but https://t.co/EzQe7NWYAk demand higher price. Spent 1 hour on phone with bookings.com- cut off and no call back! Terrible customer servive- so hard to get through by phone. Still not resolved.
@CambridgEcon101 @DanielJHannan Very rude...No deal is not favoured by parliament because remainers are in the majority there. Favouring no deal would achieve a much better deal. If we 'crashed out', the EU would be knocking on our door tomorrow. To negotiate, power is required, which you are happy to forego.
@ShankerASingham@iealondon 'No Deal' is not only a legitimate position - it is probably our strongest negotiating position giving the UK power; the EU must listen to this. Critics of 'no deal' are throwing this power away. I was delighted to see your article.
@guyverhofstadt No deal is our only negotiating position - it is the last thing the EU wants, they will lose UK funds and trade (if they make it difficult) forever, but we will quickly flourish elsewhere. Push for no deal and a real deal that satisfies both parties will soon be forthcoming.
@BorisJohnson To negotiate one needs power; sanction or incentive. With everyone stating 'no deal' is not an adoption, what power do we have to negotiate a better deal? The lack of unified support for a single position has got us here. EU did not make that mistake!

@Jacob_Rees_Mogg The threat of an unequivocal 'no deal' exit is the only way to get a better deal, as the EU do not want that! But there is not the support in parliament for this - the EU would seem to have us over a barrel. Our lack of power is our own fault. Bexiteers should have negotiated.

@BBCNews@SadiqKhan Negotiations require power or incentive to achieve compromise. This is made much more difficult when the UK is being undermined by vocal critics. Talk of fall back positions and plan 'B' only serve to lower the likely outcome. No one shows their hand in negotiations. Aim high.
@Jason_Keen@SadiqKhan A 2nd referendum gives yet more power to EU negotiators; the EU want the deal to encourage a rejection from any referendum, so it has an incentive to make that deal as poor as posible for the UK. A self-fulfilling prophecy. Get behind the UK and stop undermining its position.
