@porterairlines the cancelation process (now working) says credit only. But your earlier we post said customers needing to cancel would be issued full refunds. To be clear, by hitting "accept terms" to finalize cancelation, I am NOT agreeing to credit only, right?

@porterairlines Seems like it's not totally resolved. The 8:40am out of Ottawa is still showing as "on time" (at 4:50pm) with no rebooking information available, and the button to cancel/change flight goes to a 504 error page.
