Another Tweet about the horrible customer service @lufthansa Impossible to get help whether by phone, email or even in person at the business lounge in Frankfort. They just don’t care. I was told the customer service is outsourced. They really don’t care.

It seems @KLM has laxed their rules on masks. The man if front of me had his mask on correctly all of 10 minutes on a flight of over 2 hours despite flight personnel passing and even asking if he needed sonething. Rules for business class are laxer? Not feeling safe on KLM.
