I live 1 hour from Milan & having the Winter Olympics not far from home is a huge privilege and a once in lifetime experience. So I enrolled in the #milanocortina2026 site hoping to get a good ticket for the figure skating event. Then I saw the prices…

can't think of any other country than Japan that can create the live action ice show from manga/amine with all the main characters are their own elite skaters. and on top of that, they are elite skaters that are really perfectly suited with their roles.

@SaranghaeGSW Means nothing if they were not clean. Supporting RUS means supporting their toxic environment. I do believe there were clean athletes amongst them but don’t come here and tell me about guts when RUS had the guts to still doped their athletes after competing with no flag for years

This is Alexandra Agiurgiuculese, an Italian rhythmic gymnast. She was banned for 12 months by the anti-doping court simply because she forgot to notify WADA that she was not home in Milan for a control-check but in Portugal for a competition.

To today no decision have been taken about her as she competed all season in her home country (RUS) like nothing happened. Draw your conclusions people.

On the other side of the medal, we have the case of Kamila Valieva, 15 yo found guilty of having taken a banned drug. Got the Olympic team medal ceremony invalidated with athletes still waiting today for that piece of metal they strive all their life to achieve.

@RutrumusM I totally see how they’re finally pushing on the artistic side. It will be an interesting season it seems. The FS is still to know but if he wants to stay a little competitive he needs those quads so I’m not expecting something crazy choreo-wise.

Update: Shoma Uno was chosen to play the role of Monkey D. Luffy in the upcoming ice show “One Piece On Ice”. The show is scheduled to take place in August and September.
