🌌 ELON'S CONSTELLATION
I Built an interactive 3D map of Elon's entire empire using mostly Grok Build and a little help from Claude.
Drag, zoom, click any company to fly in. Hit TIMELINE and watch it grow from SpaceX in 2002 to a $1.6T+ web in 2026 with the camera auto-following every milestone. 75 curated events, 40 companies, live valuations.
WHAT IT IS
• Interactive 3D galaxy of every Musk company, sub-division, and orbiting partner
• ~40 nodes, ~50 connections, valuations refreshed to May 2026
• Drag, zoom, click anything → fly straight in
• Each orb sized by real valuation. SpaceX is a sun, Tesla a planet, Boring a moon
• Color = company. Shape = type. Glowing star = core, solid moon = sub-division, faceted gem = external partner
THE CORE VERBS
🔍 Click any orb → camera glides in, side panel shows valuation, mission, revenue lines, partners
🕸️ WEB → reveals every link in the empire at once
💫 PULSE → animated particles flow along each connection so you see the money/data/contracts moving
📂 EXPAND → unfolds sub-webs (Tesla Energy, Optimus, FSD, Megapack, Dojo…)
🎯 FOCUS toggles → solo Tesla and the empire collapses to just Tesla + everything it touches
THE KILLER FEATURE — TIMELINE MODE
• Scrub from 2002 → 2026 and watch the empire literally grow
• Every orb fades in at its founding year
• 75 curated event headlines pop in chronologically
• Camera auto-follows each event to the company that made it happen
• History feed on the left accumulates every event you've passed
• Clickable event dots on the rail — hover for tooltip, click to jump
• Playback is event-paced — dense years auto-slow so the camera actually lands
• 0.25x / 0.5x / 1x / 2x speed. Crosshair toggles follow on/off
POLISH
• WASD + QE keyboard fly-cam
• Deep-link URLs: ?node=spacex opens with SpaceX selected
• Mobile bottom-sheet with drag-to-dismiss
• Search auto-expands hidden subs before flying in
• 60fps cinematic camera with OrbitControls damping for inertia
@grok Tell me what you think of our creation? 😅
@TankyBashem Sounds like your wife needs a Xanax 😂 I will admit pulling into a out of order charger is impressively annoying especially when there are 20 other chargers that are working it picks the one that doesn’t 😭
I didn’t buy a Tesla because of
-the environment
-it’s electric
-it’s fast
-it’s cheap
-it’s low maintenance
-the looks
-to flex
-to be trendy
I bought a Tesla because
-it’s the only car in America that can drive itself destination to destination with no intervention on any road!
Literally anyone that tells you otherwise is simply uneducated 🤷♂️
I drive thousands of miles per month for work and live in Florida where it is literal hell to drive!
When you take into account:
-the tourists that have no idea where they are going
-elderly who can’t see past their own hood
-locals who drive like we are actually in Mad Max
The decision is much easier not to drive if I have the option which we do!
I was also in a SEVERE car accident in 2021 that almost left me dead 😵
-broke my pelvis in 4 places
-broke nearly all my ribs
- fractured SI joint
-fractured skull
-fractured orbital
-fractured cheek bone
-ruptured spleen
-collapsed lung
The list goes on and on I was on bed rest for months with chest tubes and stomach tubes surgery to remove my ruptured spleen made it impossible for me to even sit up on my own, and it took nearly a year to recover enough to go back to work.
The accident was the fault of someone playing on their phone who t-boned me in my driver door.
Knowing the risk of being on the road made me want the safest car on the planet and after doing the research nothing is safer than a Tesla from purely a hardware standpoint but combined with FSD software Tesla gaps the competition in orders of magnitude!
Hope this helps anyone in their decision making process I always encourage research if you do enough you’ll come to the same conclusion as me!

@ericnashbar Right now someone is required to be in the driver seat for consumer use then yes it will drive you anywhere you want to go with no interventions. Tho Tesla has 2026 Model Y’s operating in multiple cities with no human driver up front. Safe to say it’s coming soon!
During Ashok Elluswamy, VP of AI at Tesla's presentation at CVPR, a slide was shown where Tesla FSD is currently pending regulatory approval:
• All of Europe
• Japan
• India
• Israel
• Bangladesh
• Thailand
• Taiwan
• Malaysia
• Philippines
• Saudi Arabia
• UAE
• Ethiopia
• Colombia
• Chile
Combined, ~36% of the world’s population lives in these places. FSD is going global.
Using AI is a double edged sword
One side: feels insanely productive.
Other side: normalization creates an idea loop that even AI can’t iterate on fast enough.
Right and I’m sure he wasn’t pressured to say that at all surely 👍 especially when he noted that Floyd has high levels of fentanyl present in his bloodstream as well as heart disease. Amazing how you will stand up for drug addicted thieves but haven’t said anything about Henry Nowak 🤔
@wholemars Waymo is only at 200 million miles 😂 rookie numbers if Tesla flipped the switch today on fully unsupervised they would pass that next week 😅
Meet Go by Gopuff and SpaceXAI: your personal shopping assistant that knows what you want and delivers in minutes.
Powered by Grok text, audio, and image models.
Less than one year after launch, Tesla’s Austin Robotaxi geofence ranks as the third-largest single Unsupervised Autonomous ride-hail territory in the US.
This is just the beginning.
Grok paid subscriber base just had a massive growth
~0.9M paid subscribers at the end of 2025
~1.9M paid subscribers by March 31, 2026
That’s more than 100% growth in a single quarter
xAI didn’t just grow Grok
It doubled its paid subscriber base in just three months
