Bridget Phillipson spoke about the importance of collaboration across the sector to improve education and outcomes for children and young people.
She highlighted the ambition behind the government’s SEND reforms, alongside the Schools White Paper and SEND consultation, and reflected on the challenging financial environment facing leaders and teachers.
The evening also created space for sector leaders to connect and share insights on key issues, including inclusion, the new Ofsted framework and the need for the system to be properly funded, while recognising the commitment and dedication of those working across education.
If you missed this session, we’ll be at many events throughout the year and would love to see you there. Keep an eye on our page for updates!
