So proud of our entire program. Girls were Class 5 sectional champions & have remained undefeated on the year! Boys again battled & even broke another school record. They finished 11th overall. Great job Crusaders! Going to be a fun week!
It wasn’t the fastest heat in the 100M dash, but for most at @heliascatholic, it was the most important! Logan Hillman vs Brady Fann for ALL the bragging rights!
🔥🎇 SCHOOL RECORDS ALERT 🔥🎇Junior Isla Alfultis takes down two school records at the Hillsboro Invitational! Her time of 14.32 in the 100 hurdles & 55.57 in the 400m are both the best in Helias Catholic history! Way to go Isla!
🔥🔥RECORD BREAKING DAY 🔥🔥The relay team of Deaven Duemmel, Leah Polley, Nicki Frank, & Isla Alfultis went 3 for 3 today. They broke the school record in the 4x100 (47.68), 4x200 (1:39.42) & the 4x400 (3:49.98)! What an amazing day & group of young ladies.
Such a great day on the track & in the field! Your girls are your Festus Individual Champs with a dominating win. The Crusader boys competed and many great showings & PRs. So proud of all! Way to compete!
We joined the @MoAgriculture team in celebrating Christmas Tree Month at the Capitol today.
Claudia and I love celebrating this industry and the joy it brings to Missourians. We're proud of the role agritourism plays in Missouri's strong agriculture economy.
💥SCHOOL RECORD💥 At last week’s State Meet Sophomore Isla Alfultis once again broke our school record in the 300m Hurdles! Her time of 42.73 seconds was enough to finish 2nd in the stare & to etch her name in our record book. Can’t wait to see what’s next! Way to go Isla!
For the first time since 1931, Webster Groves boys track and field has a state title.
And thanks to a diving victory from senior Corbin Cole in the 3200, they have a moment that epitomizes the heart of the entire team.

Winning isn’t random.
It’s the byproduct of habits you build when no one’s watching.
- Stay late
- Show up early
- Own your attitude
- Compete every rep
- Encourage teammates
Winning starts with your habits.
Not on game day, every day.
